Barbara Robinson-Ramirez, Property Manager
Born and raised in Southern California, I migrated to the Northern Nevada area in 1997. I am happily married and have four daughters and six grandchildren. I have four – fur-legged babies at home. In what seems like a previous life, I worked in a substance abuse rehabilitation setting with prisoner re-entry for many years before taking my real estate career full-time. With a background in escrow, title, and construction it was natural for me to get my real estate license in 2004. When I went full-time in real estate, I received my Property Management permit in 2014 and took over the property management division at Ballard Company, Inc. I now have a partner Vicki Dame who shares the responsibilities with me. When time permits, I enjoy our classic cars, traveling, and visiting family. My perfect day would be warm and spent on the beach or at the pool.

JJ Ballard, Broker
J.J. Ballard is a native Nevadan, born in Winnemucca, where he would grow up on his parent's cattle ranch. He worked closely with his father, Virgil Ballard, learning the value of hard work, the importance of morals, and family is priority. Virgil went on to establish REALTY WORLD- Ballard CO., INC in 1967 and J.J. went on to attend the University of Nevada Reno. After graduation, J.J. commenced on a career in finance and foreign exchange. In 1984 J.J. chose to change career paths and purchased his share of REALTY WORLD - Ballard CO., INC. becoming partnering broker with his father. J.J. quickly became a top-recognized and decorated REALTOR as well as a top-producing broker. J.J.'s career has been long-standing and reputable creating what is now a bustling referral-only based agency.
